1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MeraInnovation LabVault ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this Platform.

2. Description of Service

MeraInnovation LabVault is a multi-school management SaaS platform that provides educational institutions with tools for managing students, teachers, attendance, marks, events, notices, complaints, and equipment inventory. The Platform is designed to facilitate communication and management between administrators, principals, teachers, and students.

3. User Accounts

Users of this Platform include:

• System Administrators: Responsible for overall platform management and school registration
• School Principals: Manage their respective school's operations, staff, and students
• Teachers: Manage classroom activities, attendance, marks, and student interactions
• Students: Access their academic records, notices, events, and submit projects

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
• Not upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others

5. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal data collected through the Platform is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. School data is isolated and accessible only to authorized users within their respective schools. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MeraInnovation and its licensors. This includes but is not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and logos. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform without prior written consent.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

Access to certain features of the Platform may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeraInnovation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
